Privacy Policy
Last updated — July 2026Who we are
Trinovata Technologies ("we", "us") is a digital consultancy based in Toronto, Canada. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used. Questions can be sent to hello@trinovata.com.
What we collect
- Contact form & vision brief. When you submit our contact form or design brief, we receive the information you enter (such as name, email, company, and your message or project answers). Submissions are delivered to us by our form-processing provider and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Theme preference. Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
Toolkit downloads and the mailing list
Browsing the toolkit collects nothing. Requesting a download asks for your name, email address and country, and we use them for three things: to send you the confirmation link, to send you the file and its guide, and to let you know when we publish something new.
We use confirmed opt-in. Nothing is sent, and no address is added to any list, until you click the link in the first email. If you never click it, the pending record expires by itself within 48 hours.
Your details are held in two places: our hosting provider's key-value store, which holds the working record, and a private Google Sheet we keep as a readable backup. They are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing. Country is recorded so we know which data-protection rules apply to you.
Every email we send carries a way out, and replying "unsubscribe" to any of them is enough. Ask us at admin@trinovata.com and we will delete your record entirely, from both places, and confirm when it is done.
Download links are signed and personal to you. They stop working after 30 days.
What we do not do
- We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not set cookies.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and libraries from public CDNs (cdnjs, jsDelivr); those providers may see your IP address as part of serving files. Form submissions are processed by our form-backend provider under their own privacy terms.
Retention & your rights
Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request or maintain our business relationship. You may request a copy or deletion of the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@trinovata.com.
